Catalyst Holdings is an investment group whose principals have a long history of accelerating the growth of companies. Our strategy is to have significant ownership in only a few investments, providing deep alignment with our investors and partners, while ensuring each company is provided the focus and dedicated resources needed to fully unleash its potential.
Our principals have founded, led and managed dozens of entrepreneurial companies, so we can relate to the decisions business owners face in operating their companies on a day-to-day basis. Since our team has worked together for many years, we understand the sensitivities around preserving company culture, while adding new energy, ideas and talent to your organization.
